HQ-GE197S uses an adjustable stainless-steel band behind the neck instead of a conventional over-head headband. A separate strap passes over the crown to help support the ear cups.
The support strap still crosses the crown, so caps or other headwear can shift its position or affect the cushion seal. If helmets or face shields are part of the PPE set, include them in the sample review before ordering.
