Check the radio and PTT together

A 6.5 mm connection does not make every radio and PTT combination interchangeable. Connector wiring, the PTT and the microphone setup all need to match, so radio compatibility is best confirmed with the actual sample before production.

Detachable boom mic, left or right

The boom microphone can be fitted to either side of the headset. The cup microphones handle ambient listening, while the boom mic is used for radio speech.

A helmet rail-mount version is also available. Send the helmet or rail model with the sample request so the mounting setup can be checked.

For a PTT sample, send us

  • Radio brand and model — so the adapter chain can be checked.
  • Your existing PTT or adapter — if you already have one in the system.
  • Headband or helmet setup — include the helmet/rail model when a mounted version is required.
